All orders placed through our website are fulfilled and delivered to you from our US fulfillment center.
International Shipping: We are currently working on expanding our international delivery options. More destinations coming soon!
Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) are processed the next business day.
- Processing times may be slightly longer during new product launches, major holidays, or peak sale periods.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, or high holiday volumes.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your parcel, please check with your household members, safe places around your property, and neighbors first.
- If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Address Changes & Order Modifications Our fulfillment team processes orders very quickly, which means there is only a short window to make changes.
- If you need to cancel or amend your order (such as changing the shipping address), please contact us immediately after placing your order.
- We cannot guarantee that changes can be made, especially if the order has already been packed or handed over to the carrier.
Failed Delivery / Return-to-Sender If an order is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
- Failure to collect the package from the carrier/post office
- Delivery refusal
We will issue a refund for the order minus:
- The original outbound shipping costs
- Any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier
- Any customs or duties incurred (for international orders)
Re-delivery will require a new order to be placed, as we cannot automatically resend returned parcels.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
- Delayed: Please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us regarding a delayed package.
- Lost: If your tracking shows no movement or updates for 7 consecutive business days, please contact our support team. Refunds or replacements can only be issued after the courier’s official investigation has been completed.
- Damaged: If your products arrive damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions on how to send us photos and arrange a replacement.
PO Boxes
- PO Boxes: We accept PO Box addresses for shipments sent via USPS. Please note that size and weight limits apply, and expedited/overnight options may not be available for PO Boxes.
